Season 01

Episode 01 (03.07.1999 - Japan /
08.14.1999 - USA)
And So it Begins
Seven kids enjoying a summer at camp get more of an adventure
than they bargained for when they're unexpectedly transported to
the digital world. There is Tai (Taichi Kamiya), Sora> (Sora
Takenouchi), Matt (Yamato Ishida), Izzy (Koushiro Izuma), Mimi
(Mimi Tachikawa), T.K.(Takeru Takaishi), and Joe Kido. Soon after
their arrival, each kid is befriended by a digimon, a digital
monster. Tai and Koromon. Izzy and Motimon. Sora and Yocomon.
T.K. and Tokomon. Matt and Tsunomon. Joe and Bukamon. Mimi and
Tanemon. Later, the DigiMon start to evolve. Koromon becomes
Agumon. Yocomon becomes Piyomon. Motimon becomes Tentomon.
Tsunomon becomes Gabumon. Tokomon becomes Patamon. Bukamon
becomes Gomamon. Tanemon becomes Palmon.
The kids and their partner digimons bond quickly and the little
creatures soon prove more than good company. Not only do the
digimons band together to protect their human friends, they each
have the ability to transform into giant champion digimons to
fight other giant digimons seeking to harm the kids.
Some of the giant monsters the kids and their companion digimons
encounter are genuinely evil, but some are good monsters that are
inexplicably behaving like evil monsters. The kids learn that a
black force is spreading across the didgiworld.
Good digimon are being corrupted by black gears imbedded in their
bodies. Our heroes discover that the devices they mysteriously
receive just before being swept into the digiworld are the most
effective weapons against the malignant black gears. Once the
black gear is destroyed, any afflicted good digimon is restored
to it's natural personallity.
Despite their desire to return home, the kids are drawn into the
mystery surrounding the black gear and the evil threatening the
digiworld. Ably assisted by their partner digimons, the
courageous group sets out on the adventure of a lifetime.

DeviMon Story Arc
Episode 02 (03.14.1999 - Japan /
08.21.1999 - USA)
"The Birth of Greymon"
While running to escape from the evil Kuwagamon, the
seven displaced kids find themselves trapped on a cliff.
Kuwagamon collapses the cliff and sends them plunging into the
river below. But Gomamon is able to communicate with the fish in
the river, and they break the fall and save everybody. After
deciding to follow the river to the ocean, they discover a series
of phone booths lined up on the beach, but the phones don't
work-in fact they sprout complete nonsense. No one is able to
call home. Suddenly they are attacked by another evil Digimon,
Shellmon. The Digimon friends try to use their various powers to
save the kids, but are too weak due to hunger. Only Agumon has
eaten and is able to fight Shellmon. When he sees that Tai is in
great danger, Agumon evolves again, into his next form of
Greymon. He vanquishes Shellmon, and then devolves again into
Agumon. The seven kids and their Digimon friends then decide to
go in search of whatever people might have left the phone booths
on the beach, and continue their adventures on File Island.
Episode 03 (03.21.1999 - Japan / 08.28.1999 - USA)
"Garurumon The Blue Wolf"
The kids and their Digimon counterparts have been
searching the island looking for evidence of other human beings.
They run into Monochromon, who is usually a mellow Digimon. He is
angry and fights with a lookalike that is trying to take over his
territory. The kids get away and continue their search. They get
tired and discover a lake where they decide to camp for the
night. They discover a bus that has no people in it and decide to
sleep in it. After making some food they take turns doing look
out duty. The bus begins to shake and it turns out it is parked
on top of a giant Digimon called Seadramon. He is a sea serpent
type. The kids fall into the water and the Digimons try to fend
off the monster. Gabumon evolves into Garurumon and defeats
Seadramon.
Episode 04 (03.28.1999 - Japan / 09.04.1999 - USA)
"Biyomon Gets Firepower"
The kids encounter the power of the Black Gears when one
turns a friendly Digimon, Meramon, into a deadly foe. Will
Birdramon have the power to stop his rampage?
Episode 05 (04.04.1999 - Japan / 09.11.1999 - USA)
"Kabuterimon's Electro
Shocker"
The kids have another encounter with a deadly Black Gear
when they free the trapped Andromon and are repaid for their good
deed by his vicious assault. Can even the efforts of three
digivolved Digimon - Greymon, Garurumon and Kabuterimon - turn
Andromon from the path of evil?
Episode 06 (04.11.1999 - Japan / 09.20.1999 - USA)
"Togemon In Toy Town"
Trapped in Toy Town, the kids become prey for a deadly
Teddy Bear, Monzaemon! Can the prickly cactus Digimon, Togemon,
stop him before it's too late for the others?
Episode 07 (04.18.1999 - Japan / 09.21.1999 - USA)
"Ikkakumon's Harpoon
Torpedo"
Trying to get a better view of their new home, File Island, the
kids begin to climb a mountain. But they're forced to change
their plans when they're attacked by the Black Gear-controlled
Unimon. The digivolved Ikkakumon must try to protect them from
the deadly Digimon.
Episode 08 (04.25.1999 - Japan / 09.22.1999 - USA)
"Evil Shows His Face"
Leomon, one of the most powerful Good Digimon, is struck
by a Black Gear, making him a slave to Devimon, the ruler of the
Bad Digimon. When Devimon orders him to get the kids, they'll
have to use all their wits - and more - to survive!

"Subzero Ice Punch!"
Marooned in Freeze Land, Tai and Agumon encounter Yukidarumon
(FridgiMon), a Black Gear-controlled snow-digimon. And even if
they escape him, what hope do they have against the villainous Mojamon?

"A Clue From the Digi-Past"
Lost in a ruined jungle city, Mimi and Izzy must decipher its
mysterious hieroglyphic messages if they want to survive their
encounter with Centarumon, the city's Black Gear-controlled
defender. And what is the secret of the "Mystic
Devices?"

"The Dancing Digimon"
Joe and Sora are going to be sacrificed by a cult of fiendish
phantoms - the Bakemon! Do Ikkakumon and Birdramon have even a
ghost of a chance of saving the kids?

"DigiBaby Boom"
T.K. and Patamon get a lesson in cooperation when they come upon
Primary Village, home to Baby Digimon, Digieggs and one cranky
caretaker - Elecmon! Will they learn their lesson in time to stop
Devimon and his fiendish plans for the Digital World?

"The Legend of DigiDestined"
The kids finally learn the legend of the
"Digidestined," who are fated to bring peace to the
Digital World. But if they're the Digidestined, does that mean

"Departure for a New
Continent"
When a mysterious being asks the kids to travel to a new
continent to help him defeat his enemies, the children and their
Digimon set out on an amazing adventure - leading them inside the
belly of a giant Whamon! Can the kids survive and find the tools
they need to make their Digimon stronger??

"The Dark Network of Etemon"
As the kids continue their search for the crests and tags they
need to make their Digimon stronger, they come to a village where
they must battle the trickster Pagumon, and the dangerous rock
'n' roll digital monster, Etemon and his Dark Network.
Episode 16 (06.20.1999 - Japan / 10.05.1999 - USA)
"The Arrival of Scar
Greymon"
The kids' journey leads them to a replica of the Roman
Coliseum. When Etemon finds them, he unleashes an Evil Greymon to
destroy them. Can Agumon save the day in his new digivolved form?
Or will this new Greymon be too much for everyone to handle?

"The Crest of Sincerity"
Walking along a hot, barren desert, the kids and their Digimon
suddenly discover a huge cruise ship. They soon find out that
Cockatorimon, an Etemon henchman, is driving the ship. As the
kids battle to escape the ship, a new crest appears...
Episode 18 (07.04.1999 - Japan / 10.07.1999 - USA)
"The Piximon Cometh"
As the search for new tags and crests continues, the kids
encounter their old enemy, Kuwagamon. Haunted by his last
"digivolution," Agumon isn't able to transform.
Piximon, a master digimon trainer, saves the group and trains
them in the ways of digivolving.
Episode 28 (09.19.1999 - Japan /
11.27.1999 - USA)
"It's All in the Cards"
Myotismon finds his way into the real world, slamming the portal
shut behind him. The kids and their Digimon must get to the
chosen child before Myotismon does, and in order to do so, they
have to unlock the portal by figuring out how to use the special
cards which they were given.
Episode 29 (09.26.1999 - Japan / 12.11.1999 - USA)
"Return to Highton View
Terrace"
MyotisMon creates fake crests that react when the eighth digivice
is near. Meanwhile the kids remember how they once lived in
Highton View Terrace but moved out during a terrorist attack that
was really caused by the digimon battling.
Episode 30 (10.03.1999 - Japan / 12.11.1999 - USA)
"Almost Home Free"
The kids spend their subway fare on food and are stuck, until
Sora's cousin picks them up, but Gesomon forces them to fight
back and blow their cover. Will MyotisMon find them!?
Episode 31 (10.10.1999 - Japan / 12.18.1999 - USA)
"The Eighth Digivice"
The mystery involving the eighth child continues to unfold. Are
Tai's suspicions correct? A chase ensues for the lost digidevice,
making things even more complicating.
Episode 32 (10.17.1999 - Japan / 12.18.1999 - USA)
"Gatomon Comes Calling"
The chase for the eighth child is on! Tai and the gang
have to hustle in order to find the child before Myotismon and
his minions. But can they overcome the dangerous monsters
Myotismon has put in their way?
Episode 33 (10.24.1999 - Japan / 01.29.2000 - USA)
"Out on the Town"
As they keep searching for the 8th child, Matt, T.K. and
Gabumon run into Pumpkinmon and Gotsumon, two of Myotismon's
henchmen. Angered by their buffoonery, Myotismon turns on his
henchmen, leaving him vulnerable to the kids and their Digimon.
Episode 34 (10.31.1999 - Japan / 02.05.2000 - USA)
"The Eighth Child Revealed"
The mystery of Gatomon's past gets unraveled, bringing
about astonishing revelations about the 8th digidestined child.
With Myotismon closing in, Tai and Agumon must act fast, but will
their efforts be enough to save the child and Gatomon?
Episode 35 (11.07.1999 - Japan / 02.05.2000 - USA)
"Flower Power"
Myotismon's desire to find the 8th child grows stronger
as he sicks his Phantomon on the kids. With things looking bleak,
can a fully-digivolved Togemon save the day?

"City Under Seige"
The kids and their Digimon continue in their fierce
battle with Myotismon, who is determined to capture the 8th
child. Will Kari make the ultimate sacrifice in order to stop the
suffering?

"Wizardmon's Gift"
A weary Wizardmon proves his friendship to the kids by
giving them what they need to defeat Myotismon. But will their
combined efforts be enough to take him down?

"Sea-Sick and Tired"
Hungry and lost, the group is suddenly attacked by Metal
Seadramon's henchmen. Tai wonders if their Digimon partners have

"Under Pressure"
The group and Whamon have to use all their wits to fend
off Metal Seadramon's henchmen. Can the team, led by the powerful
War Greymon, finally defeat Metal Seadramon?

"Playing Games"
The kids find themselves in a mysterious forest where

designed to have Metal Garurumon and War Greymon destroy each

Puppetmon's scheme to divide the digidestined comes to a head
when Metal Garurumon squares off against War Greymon. Will the
